sorta lazy Sunday. thus far Ive posted two new pieces in my shop, cleaned one of two of my bathrooms, vacuumed, loaded the dishwasher, and washed two comforters. i absolutely love "belle armoire jewelry" magazines. theres so may great stories and i get bit of inspiration from there.
Amy Hanna a great artist was featured in this issue, heres some of her unique and gorgeous work.

i really love what i do and i hope to never get bored with it. my work space is in need of some TLC its small crammed on my side of our bed so i do most of my work on the bed. usually with three or four trays spread out.
i get inspired by alot of great artist out there. what i really have my eye on right now is vintage, bygone era, but im all over the map.

im gonna pick one full hour where i devote my full attention to my blog. ive been real busy. alot has been going on, ill play catch up soon.This pretty necklace is done in 4 x 6 Czech glass beads, in various finishes, inserted in between these decorative caps. A beautiful filigree style butterfly dangles from the colorful vine. All suspended from a antique brass hammered ring and chain. {"splendid spirit" on ETSY}

my journey with jewelry is exciting and fun. i love experimenting with different objects and types of findings. i work with allot of vintage looking pieces and giving off the mixed media effect. ive sold a few pieces and hope to sell more but if i never sell another thing i j ust enjoy what i do.

good morning my fellow bloggers. I'm up and focused on having a fantastic day. i must say I'm the worlds best procrastinator. waiting until the last possible moment to do something. i went to the mall last night, {school shopping} and with school starting on Monday and this being tax free weekend, i stood in the check out line at hollister for 35 min. crazy i know but i got some great bargains.
i did manage to squeeze a yard sale or two in this weekend. i snatched up these three heavy, chunky red/gold frames {bargained them down to $5.00 for all three}

Because ive found myself loving what i do from designing to handcrafting a gypsy/vintage inspired piece of jewelry or accessory I have downloaded "splendid spirit" a little corner of the web world where i sell my creations. check it out, and remember its a work in progress. wow! your looking at a uniquely put together birds nest with gorgeous colored eggs inside, maybe just laid, maybe ready to hatch. mother nowhere in sight. found outside in a tree that had fallen during the hurricane and still lays.
