A NEW DAY


lately, and what i mean by lately is the past couple of months, ive been a little lost. im trying to find my way back to eating healthy and working out. heres a tip from iGoogle ....
Keep fruits and vegetables within easy reach. Put a bowl of fruit on the counter in the kitchen. Make sure fruits and vegetables are clearly visible when you open the refrigerator. Cut up your favorite vegetables to store in recloseable plastic bags. If you see it, you may be more likely to eat it.

So, true. If I lay my fruit out I do tend to pick it up and eat. I also tend to eat more fruit if a cut if up right when I buy and put it in bowl mixed together. It such an easy grap and I am getting lots of flavors.
